Young People and Arts Engagement

Young people need regular arts opportunities in a safe environment, supported by passionate staff, volunteers and peer mentors in order to build trust and develop skills, knowledge and confidence.

"My name is Molisha Nyarku Williams and, as a young person, I have worked with ART31 to author this report. I am very passionate about young people being a part of the arts because it provides them with a lot of the freedom that they do not get to have at home, in school or in wider society. I was chosen to write the report because of my love and passion for the subject at hand and the challenges I have faced getting involved with the arts".
